1. Wie kann ich die Kostenvoranschläge erhalten?

A. If you have detailed drawings of the block you need, send them to us for review. We will provide a quote based on those.

B. If you don't have detailed drawings, just let us know the type of block you require, such as hollow or solid. You can also send us a picture of the block, and provide the dimensions (length x width x thickness in mm).

C. Please specify the size of your pallet.

D. Wie groß ist der Stampferkopf und wie hoch ist die Gießform?

E. How will your mold connect to your machine? If you have a connection drawing, please provide it. Once we receive this information, we can quote you ASAP.

2. Wie lange ist die Lieferzeit?

For standard block molds, delivery will take 20-25 workdays after receiving the deposit. For high-end block molds, the delivery time is 30-40 workdays.

3. How is the transport packaging handled?

We use wooden packaging with plastic film, or we can follow the buyer's specific requirements.

4. Wird die neue Form mit meiner Maschine kompatibel sein?

We have extensive experience manufacturing molds for various block machine brands and maintain related records. Some molds may already be compatible with your machine.

If needed, you can invite an engineer to measure your machine. Alternatively, we can send digital photos and measurements to ensure compatibility. Once confirmed, the mold will fit your machine without any issues, so there is no need to worry.

5. A: High-end specialty alloy raw material used in production.
B: Choose between 80000 or 120000 cycle times. C: Heat treatment can increase hardness to 62-65 HRC.
Wie lauten die Zahlungsbedingungen?

To proceed with your order, a 50% advance payment is required via T/T. The remaining balance must be paid before loading the shipment.
