1. The most advanced assembly process.

Wenn Spannungen im Formenmaterial verbleiben, können sich Kavität und Kern während des Gebrauchs verformen, was zu Fehlern bei Abmessungen, Form und Toleranzen führt. Dies kann dazu führen, dass qualifizierte Produkte die Fehlergrenzen überschreiten, dass gut aufeinander abgestimmte Komponenten sich verklemmen oder dass die Form sogar unbrauchbar wird. Um dies zu verhindern, minimieren wir die Verformung während der Wärmebehandlung und führen nach dem Abschrecken ein Anlassen durch, um die durch die Bearbeitung und Wärmebehandlung entstandenen inneren Spannungen zu beseitigen und die einwandfreie Funktion der Form zu gewährleisten.

2. To ensure mold durability, we apply carbonitriding heat treatment (60-65HRC).

A. If you have detailed drawings of the block you need, please send them to us. We will provide a quote based on that.

B. If you don't have detailed drawings, tell us the block type you need, such as hollow or solid. You can also send us a photo of the block and provide the dimensions (length x width x thickness in mm).

C. Wie groß ist Ihre Palette?

D. What are the size and height of your tamper head and down mold?

E. How will your mold connect with your machine? If you have a connection drawing, please provide it. Once we receive your information, we can provide a quote ASAP.

2. Wie lange ist die Lieferzeit?
For standard block molds, delivery takes 20-25 workdays after receiving the deposit. For high-end block molds, the delivery time is 30-40 workdays.

3. What about transport packaging?
We use wooden packaging with plastic film, or we can pack according to the buyer's requirements.

4. Wird die neue Form mit meiner Maschine kompatibel sein?
We have extensive experience manufacturing molds for various block machine brands and maintain records for them. Some molds may already be compatible with your machine.

If necessary, you can invite an engineer to measure your machine. Alternatively, we can send digital photos and measurements to ensure compatibility. Once we confirm the sizing, the mold will fit your machine without issues. No need to worry!

To process your order, a 50% advance payment is required via T/T. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
