- About PLC control cabinet : SIEMENS PLC and button; ABB relay; Schneider Accessories etc. Furthermore, there is and additional heat dispassion resistor installed the right side of our PLC for speeding up the dispassion and makes the cycle time shorter.
- Our hydraulic station system and solenoid valve are Youken brand which is from Taiwan. It is fully sealed so don't worry water leakage and there is a cover for easily clean.
- About vibration box and raw materials feeding: we use the advantage frequency conversion motor to make the density of different types of blocks produced are nice.
- Whole cast vibration box used not welded by iron plates to make our vibration box stronger and longer lifespan.
