FAQ – Getting Quotations & Orders

1. Comment puis-je obtenir un devis ?

• With Detailed Drawings: Send us your block drawings, and we will provide a quote based on them.

• Without Drawings: Tell us the block type (hollow or solid) and provide a photo with dimensions (length × width × thickness in mm).

• Additional Information Needed: Include pallet size, tamper head size, mold height, and explain how your mold connects to your machine. Connection drawings are helpful if available.

Once we receive your information, we will provide a quotation promptly.

2. Quel est le délai de livraison ?

• Standard molds: 20–25 working days after deposit

• High-end molds: 30–40 working days after deposit

3. How is the transport packing handled?

We use wooden crates with plastic film by default, or can customize packaging according to your requirements.

4. Quelles sont les conditions de paiement ?

A 50% deposit via T/T is required to start production. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment.

And After vacuum carburizing, the hardness can be reached 62 degree which greatly enhances the wear resistance of the mold.
