1. Comment puis-je obtenir les devis ?
If you have detailed drawings of the block, please send them to us, and we will provide a quote based on those.
If you don’t have detailed drawings, tell us the block type (e.g., hollow, solid), send a picture of the block, and provide the sizes (length x width x thickness in mm).
What is the size of your pallet?
What is the size of your tamper head and the height of your down mold?
How will your mold connect to your machine? If you have a connection drawing, please share it.
Once we have this information, we will send you a quote as soon as possible.
2. What about the delivery time?
For common block molds, it’s 20-25 working days after receiving the deposit. For high-end block molds, it takes 30-40 working days.
3. What about the transport packing?
We use wooden packing with plastic film, or as per the buyer’s requirements.
4. Le moule entrant sera-t-il compatible avec ma machine ?
We have made molds for many block machine brands and have their related records. Some may be compatible with your machine. If needed, you can invite an engineer to measure your machine, or we can send photos and take measurements as many customers do. Once we confirm the sizing, the mold we send will fit your machine without any issues. You can trust us!
5. Quelles sont les conditions de paiement ?
Pour finaliser votre commande, un acompte de 50% par T/T est requis. Le solde doit être payé avant le chargement.
