1. Comment puis-je obtenir un devis ?

A. Send us detailed drawings of the block you need, and we will provide a quote based on them.
B. If you don’t have drawings, inform us about the block type (e.g., hollow or solid), share a photo, and specify the dimensions (lengthlargeurépaisseur en mm).
C. Let us know your pallet size.
D. Provide the tamper head size and the down mold height.
E. Explain how your mold connects to the machine, and share the connection drawing if available. Once we receive this information, we will quote promptly.

2. Quel est le délai de livraison ?
For standard block molds, delivery takes 20-25 working days after we receive your deposit. For high-end molds, it takes 30-40 working days.

3. How is the transport packing handled?
We use wooden packing with plastic film, or we can follow your specific packing requirements.

4.Will the mold be compatible with my machine?
We have produced molds for various block machine brands and maintain related records, so some molds may already suit your machine.
If needed, you can have an engineer take measurements at your facility. Alternatively, you can send photos and measurements digitally, as many of our customers do. Once we confirm the sizing, the mold we send will fit your machine perfectly. Rest assured, compatibility won’t be an issue!
