Le s\u00e9chage<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>S\u00e9chage<\/strong>: Les blocs frais sont s\u00e9ch\u00e9s \u00e0 l'air libre pendant 24 \u00e0 48 heures pour durcir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Chambres de maturation<\/strong>: Pour des r\u00e9sultats plus rapides, les blocs sont plac\u00e9s dans des chambres de durcissement \u00e0 la vapeur (60-80\u00b0C) pendant 8 \u00e0 12 heures.
