Le syst\u00e8me d'emballage de blocs secs \u00e0 trous pr\u00e9form\u00e9s XX-MD 1200 convient \u00e0 la palettisation de blocs secs finis de la ligne de production de blocs simples, appartenant \u00e0 la ligne de production de palettisation semi-automatique, qui est install\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante pr\u00e8s de la cour de maintenance des produits, et peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre connect\u00e9e en s\u00e9rie dans la ligne de production de blocs pour mettre en \u0153uvre la palettisation en ligne.<\/p>\n

Processus de travail :<\/h2>\n

The automatic preformed-holes dry block packing system can separate the bricks of different types and specifications produced by different types of brick machines, reassemble the blocks, and finally form a square stack of about one meter. Cross palletizing is carried out, and the fork brick hole position can be generated automatically according to the need. The palletizing height can be up to 1450mm.<\/p>\n

After the palletizing is completed, it can be palletized and output through a heavy chain conveyor, which can be packed manually or equipped with an automatic baling machine. Each node on the whole production line has a pre-stored position to save the forklift running time.<\/p>\n

Inspection et entretien :<\/h2>\n

L'ensemble du syst\u00e8me adopte un contr\u00f4le PLC et un \u00e9cran tactile, coop\u00e8re avec l'induction laser et le capteur intelligent pour r\u00e9aliser un fonctionnement automatique sans personnel, et arr\u00eate automatiquement l'alarme et affiche l'emplacement du d\u00e9faut lorsqu'un d\u00e9faut se produit, ce qui peut \u00eatre facilement \u00e9limin\u00e9 sans personnel professionnel et technique. Deux \u00e0 quatre personnes seulement peuvent couvrir l'ensemble du travail de collecte des briques, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de main-d'\u0153uvre. \u00c9quip\u00e9s de syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 distance et d'\u00e9quipements de donn\u00e9es en nuage, les fabricants peuvent r\u00e9soudre tous les probl\u00e8mes au bureau, \u00e0 tout moment.<\/p>\n

Principe de fonctionnement :<\/h2>\n

Le fonctionnement de l'\u00e9quipement est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 respectivement par l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, le gaz et le liquide, qui n'interf\u00e8rent pas entre eux et agissent de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n
