Brief Introduction

1.ブロックタイプ：
We design and manufacture high-quality steel molds for interlocking paving stones, slabs, permeable paving stones, curbstones, retaining walls, hollow blocks, and special blocks. We always meet customer requirements and offer innovative solutions.

We use high-end, special quenched and tempered steel imported from Italy to manufacture our concrete block molds. These steels are made more abrasion-resistant through heat treatment.

金型の特徴

1. The most advanced assembly process.

A：高度な溶接技術と除応力処理により、精度を確保しています。金型材料に応力が残っていると、使用中にキャビティやコアが変形し、寸法、形状、公差に誤差が生じることがあります。これにより、適格な製品が誤差の限界を超えてしまったり、うまくマッチした部品が詰まってしまったり、あるいは金型が使えなくなってしまったりする可能性があります。これを防ぐため、当社では熱処理中の変形を最小限に抑え、焼入れ後に焼戻しを行うことで、機械加工や熱処理による内部応力を除去し、金型が適切に機能するようにしています。

B: ご使用の機械との互換性を保つため、0.3～0.8mmのプレスフットクリアランスを確保しています。

C：高強度の連結ボルトを標準装備し、緩み止め処理を施すことで耐久性を高めています。

D: 標準化された組立工程により、部品の交換が容易です。

E：長持ちさせるために、高品質の耐摩耗鋼板を採用しています。

2. To ensure mold durability, we apply carbonitriding heat treatment (60-65HRC).

A: ダイフレームとプレスフットを60-65HRCに硬化させます。

B：強度を高めるため、最低硬化深さ1.2mmを達成。

1.見積もりはどのように入手できますか？
A. If you have detailed drawings of the block you need, please send them to us. We will provide a quote based on that.

B. If you don't have detailed drawings, tell us the block type you need, such as hollow or solid. You can also send us a photo of the block and provide the dimensions (length x width x thickness in mm).

C. What is the size of your pallet?

D. What are the size and height of your tamper head and down mold?

E. How will your mold connect with your machine? If you have a connection drawing, please provide it. Once we receive your information, we can provide a quote ASAP.

2.納期はどのくらいですか？
For standard block molds, delivery takes 20-25 workdays after receiving the deposit. For high-end block molds, the delivery time is 30-40 workdays.

3. What about transport packaging?
We use wooden packaging with plastic film, or we can pack according to the buyer's requirements.

4.金型は私の機械と互換性がありますか？
We have extensive experience manufacturing molds for various block machine brands and maintain records for them. Some molds may already be compatible with your machine.

If necessary, you can invite an engineer to measure your machine. Alternatively, we can send digital photos and measurements to ensure compatibility. Once we confirm the sizing, the mold will fit your machine without issues. No need to worry!

5.支払い条件は？
To process your order, a 50% advance payment is required via T/T. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
