   A. 필요한 블록의 상세 도면이 있으면 검토를 위해 보내 주시면 이를 바탕으로 견적을 제공해 드리겠습니다.
   B. If you don’t have detailed drawings, let us know the type of block you need, such as hollow or solid blocks, and send a picture along with the dimensions (length너비두께(mm)).
   C. 팔레트 크기를 공유합니다.
   D. 탬퍼 헤드의 크기와 다운 몰드의 높이를 입력합니다.
   E. Explain how your mold connects to your machine, and if you have a connection drawing, please share it.

2. 배송 시간은 어떻게 되나요?
   입금을 받은 후 일반 블록 몰드는 20~25일, 고급 블록 몰드는 30~40일이 소요됩니다.
3. 운송 포장은 어떻게 처리되나요?
   플라스틱 필름이 있는 나무 포장을 사용하거나 요구 사항에 따라 맞춤 제작할 수 있습니다.
4. 들어오는 금형이 내 기계와 호환되나요?
   다양한 블록 머신 브랜드에 맞는 금형을 제작하고 자세한 기록을 보관하고 있으므로 일부 금형은 이미 귀하의 기계에 적합할 수 있습니다.
   필요한 경우 엔지니어를 초대하여 측정하거나, 많은 고객처럼 사진과 측정값을 디지털로 전송하도록 안내해드릴 수 있습니다.
