1. How can I receive a quote?

• With Drawings: Send us detailed drawings of the blocks you need, and we will provide a quote based on your specifications.

• Without Drawings: Specify the block type (e.g., hollow or solid) and provide a photo with dimensions (length × width × thickness in mm).

• Additional Info: Include your pallet dimensions, tamper head size, mold height, and explain how the mold connects to your machine. Connection drawings are appreciated if available.

Once we receive your information, we will prepare a quotation as soon as possible.

2. What is the delivery time?

• Standard molds: 20–25 working days after receiving the deposit

• High-end molds: 30–40 working days

3. How is the transport packaging handled?

We use wooden crates with plastic film by default, or can customize packaging according to buyer specifications.

4. Will the new mold fit my machine?

We manufacture molds for various brands and maintain detailed records, so we likely have a suitable option.

For assurance, you can measure your current mold or send photos for assessment. We ensure the mold fits seamlessly with your machine.

5. What are the payment terms?

Pay a 50% advance via T/T to start production, with the balance settled before shipment.
