High Level-Block Palletzing Cuber
High Level-Block Palletizing Cuber – Product Overview
The High Level-Block Palletizing Cuber from Kimberly Machinery is designed for semi-automatic palletizing of dry finished blocks in simple block making production lines. It can be independently set up near storage yards or connected in series within a concrete block production line for online palletizing.
This advanced system can separate bricks of different types and specifications, reassemble them, and form a square stack up to 1400mm high. Cross palletizing ensures proper alignment, and fork brick holes are automatically generated based on requirements. After palletizing, blocks are conveyed through a heavy chain conveyor for manual or automatic baling. Each node in the production line has a pre-stored position, optimizing forklift running time and overall efficiency.
Equipped with PLC and touch screen control, laser induction, and intelligent sensors, the cuber enables unmanned, fully automated operation. It also features automatic fault display and alarm, remote control, and cloud data management for real-time monitoring. The cycle time is approximately 15 seconds per layer, producing about 15,000 standard bricks (200×100×60mm) per shift, maximizing productivity with minimal labor.
