• With Drawings: Send detailed block drawings for review.

• Without Drawings: Provide block type (hollow/solid), a photo, and dimensions (L×W×H in mm).

• Additional Info: Include pallet size, tamper head size, mold height, and connection details. Connection drawings are helpful if available.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard molds: 20–25 working days after deposit

• High-end molds: 30–40 working days after deposit

3. Will the Mold Fit My Machine?

• Send photos or measurements if needed, and we will confirm compatibility.

• Once confirmed, the mold will fit perfectly.

4. Payment Terms

50% advance via T/T to start production; remaining balance before shipment.
