Our factory was established in 1990’s with almost 30 years manufacturing experience. Not only for domestic market but also for abroad, we have been exporting from 2008.
These years, we has been providing a large number of molds for different brands block machines in domestic and foreign markets, includes MASA, HESS, ZENITH etc high-end brands with an average production capacity of about 1,000 sets per year. There are hollow blocks, porous bricks, solid bricks, road tiles, river slope protection bricks, square bricks, wharf bricks, heat insulation bricks, grass planting bricks, etc block molds can be done. Special shape brick molds can be customized as buyer’s needs.
Our company is an enterprise integrating R & D, manufacturing, production and sales. The mold material can be Q345 or high-end imported material from Italy. Cycle time can be 80000 times or 120000 time for choice. Our CNC liner cutting technology can effectively meet the accuracy requirements of molds. And After vacuum carburizing, the hardness can be reached 62 degree which greatly enhances the wear resistance of the mold.

B. If you don’t have detailed drawings, inform us about the type of block you need, such as hollow or solid blocks, and send us a picture along with the dimensions in mm (lengthanchurathickness).
C. Let us know the size of your pallet.
D. Provide the size of your tamper head and the height of your down mold.
E. Explain how your mold connects to your machine, and if you have a connection drawing, share it with us. Once we receive your details, we will quote promptly.
What is the delivery time?
After receiving the deposit, common block molds take 20-25 work days, while high-end block molds require 30-40 work days.
How is the transport packing handled?
We use wooden packing with plastic film, or we can customize it according to your requirements.
What are the payment terms?
To process your order, you need to pay 50% in advance via T/T, and the remaining balance must be settled before loading.
