1. Block type:

We design and manufacture high quality steel molds to produce interlocking paving stones, slabs, permeable paving stones, curbstones, retaining walls, hollow and special blocks, always in accordance with our customers’ requirements and also proposing new and fresh ideas

2. Raw material:

We use high-end special quenched and tempered steel imported from Italy in the manufacturing of concrete block molds. These steels are also made even more resistant to abrasion by heat treatment.

How to Get a Quotation

1. Provide Detailed Drawings
   If you have detailed drawings of the block you need, please send them to us for review. We will provide an accurate quote based on your specifications.

2. Without Detailed Drawings
   If you don’t have drawings, let us know the type of block you require (e.g., hollow or solid). Please also send a photo of the block along with its dimensions (length × width × thickness in mm).

3. Share Pallet Size
   Please provide the dimensions of your pallet to ensure compatibility.

4. Provide Mold Details
   Include the size of your tamper head and the height of your down mold.

5. Explain Mold Connection
   Describe how your mold connects to your machine. If you have a connection drawing, please share it.

Once we receive your information, we will prepare a quotation as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

• Standard block molds: 20–25 working days after receiving the deposit

• High-end block molds: 30–40 working days after receiving the deposit

Transport & Packing

We use wooden packing with plastic film by default, but customized packaging is available according to your requirements.

Compatibility with Your Machine

We manufacture molds for various block machine brands and maintain detailed records. Some molds may already fit your machine.

• If needed, you can invite an engineer to take measurements, or we can guide you to send photos and measurements digitally, as many customers do.

• After confirming the sizing, the mold we send will fit your machine perfectly, so no worries!
