The Concrete Batching Machine from Kimberly Machinery is designed for accurate and efficient aggregates batching at concrete mixing stations. It can handle 2–4 types of aggregates, such as crushed stone, sand, and other industrial waste. The proportion of each aggregate is automatically controlled by a microcomputer, ensuring precise weighing and consistent concrete quality. Customers can choose from hopper cumulative weighing, belt cumulative weighing, or separated hopper weighing, depending on their production requirements.

Weighing Types and Bin Numbers Can Be Customized:

  • Hopper Cumulative Weighing
Aggregates are discharged into a single hopper for weighing. This type offers a simple structure, low cost, and easy maintenance, suitable for small batching capacity machines like PL800 (48m³/h), PL1200 (60m³/h), and PL1600 (80m³/h) with 2–3 bins.
  • Belt Cumulative Weighing
Aggregates are discharged onto a delivery belt with a long hopper, providing large capacity and fast delivery. Commonly used in PL1600 (80m³/h) and PL2400 (120m³/h) machines with 3–4 bins.
  • Separated Hopper Weighing
Each aggregate is discharged into a separate hopper equipped with a weighing device, offering high-accuracy weighing.
